The artists were already confirmed, and the ground flooded in hard rain. We replanned the seating, covered the sound desk, and made an entry that did not depend on one gate.
The stage was simple and well lit. Artists had a real room to wait in. Food and drinks were limited, labelled, and staffed. The night ended on time.
