Catering · Category 08
Food that is hot when people are ready to eat.
Guests remember the food. We set a proper buffet or live counters, with enough staff, and a plan for Jain, vegetarian, and allergy plates.
We choose the kitchen, brief them, and stay with them through service.
Menus are tasted before they are locked. Counters are placed so they do not block the room.
